「Good 」

「I went there for my anniversary to surprise my boyfriend. On Expedia it said the room I booked had a bathtub, it did not, I called the front desk and said it was expedias fault so I tried calling and couldn’t get through. I ordered a custom cake through the hotel which was very nice, I asked for it to be there for when we checked in, when I got there I asked about it and they said they forgot which was a bit frustrating. The lady at the front desk was one of the best parts about the stay, she...

「The room was clean for the price.」

「Helpful staff」

「Good service! The room was clean and comfortable. It was a great value for the price.」

「The best thing about the hotel was the staff who were uniformly helpful, friendly and efficient. The worst thing about the hotel is the location. Despite having 'airport' in the name it's actually a long way from the airport and, if you don't have a car, it's a bit of a desert. For, example, except for a single restaurant in a nearby hotel, there's nowhere to eat in the evenings, so guests should bring their own food. But, overall, a comfortable stay.」
