We had the best stay at this property! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed! The location was perfect as we could walk to the beach in under 10 min and the market was right around the corner as well! Right in the middle of all the shops and restaurants, but also quiet at night. Steven was so responsive and even got my daughters apple watch back to me that was left behind! We will be staying here again for sure!

The property is walking distance to the village and beach. House is like new and has all the amities you need. Pool and heated spa are wonderful. Located right on the canal you can boat or kayak. Outdoor furniture is comfortable, parking is plentiful. Washer and dryer were a nice bonus. Highly recommend this property.

My daughter and I just loved our stay. The house is sunlight, well equipped and lovely. It sits on a canal with a heated pool and jacuzzi. The owner provides kayaks, beach chairs, and umbrellas. You're a few blocks from town and have easy access to the gorgeous beach. I most highly recommend this property.

Steve recently renovated the home. Wide open floor plan and space with 3 big bedrooms and 2 fully renovated bathrooms. Beautiful home and a great location. A block from the village and an easy walk to the beach. The best part is the pool and hot tub in the backyard along the canal. Steve provides all the amenities needed, cooking supplies, grill, backyard patio, front yard courtyard, dishes, towels, coolers, beach chairs, kayaks, you name it, the house supplies it. We had a wonderful time and hope to stay again in the future. I highly recommend.

Great Location/Stay

We stayed at the property this past week with another family and our children ages 6-9. Steven was a very accommodating and gracious host in allowing us to check-in early. The house was stocked with everything you could need for the beach - beach chairs, rolling cart, tent, sand toys, etc. which was very convenient. We loved the pool and spa which backed up to the canal. The location was wonderful as we had just a very short walk to the beach and shops/restaurants in Siesta Key Village. A neighbor even told us about Venice Beach which was just a short drive to look for shark teeth. The kids loved it. What a great week!

Siesta Key 2019

My husband and I along with two other couples have been vacationing in SK for ten years. This home was one of the best vacation rental home we ever stayed in. Spacious living room, bedrooms and bathrooms and a well appointed kitchen. The home is in well desired location. Close to the beach, shopping, bars and restaurants. We didn't want for anything! Beach chairs, beach caddie, towels, and linens....all there and in great condition! We rented a boat for two days, it was great to direct access to the canal. We took full advantage of what this rental home had to offer and loved every minute of our stay. The owner was great to work with. We will be back for sure! Thanks Steven.

Honestly, this property is perfect. It was recently renovated and Steve did an amazing job. We had 6 of us stay and there was more than enough room. The common area with kitchen and 2 living spaces was nicely laid out. The bathrooms/showers were gorgeous! The house is well equipped with anything you could possibly need from kitchenware to kayaks and beach chairs. The pool was the best part - set alongside the canal with hot tub and plenty of space on the patio to gather. There is also a large, private, patio in the front of the house. The property is short walking distance to both Siesta Village and the beach which was a priority for our clan. Steve was wonderful to work with, he even had beach towels waiting for us after I had inquired ahead of time if they were provided. Thank you so much for an amazing and memorable vacation - we will be back!

Stayed week of New Year's 2020

The location couldn't be better. We rented bikes for the week which enabled us to easily get around Siesta Key. The house has all the amenities. There were enough beach and bath towels for the 6 of us. Kitchen had everything we needed. I have 2 suggestions: the kayaks and SUP board could not be used because the level of the canal was too low. This property does not have a ladder from the canal. Just mentioning this - (it didn't ruin our week). The pool and hot tub are excellent. The other thing worth noting since we were 3 couples (no kids) - the 3rd bedroom with the queen bed was comfortable, however there is no closet and only 1 night table. I would recommend hooks to at least hang some clothing. I was able to hang my clothes in one of the other bedroom closets (which are very spacious). I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing house and location

There is nothing I can say except exceptional! The house is beautiful! We were 7 adults and 2 infants and there was enough room for all of us. The rest of the family members couldn't believe they were staying in a home so nice. The kitchen had everything you needed and the pool and spa were where we were most of the time. Just a few short blocks to the heart of the village and a short walk to the beach which I believe was the best beach to view the sunset. The sunset was directly in front of us and someone played the Star Spangled Banner and Taps while the flag was lowered. The sunset was spectacular. We made the walk easily with two infants and 4 senior adults and 3 adult children. That beach does not have parking. We did take the car to the Siesta Key public beach due to all the equipment we brought with us. There is everything you need for the beach including chairs, toys, coolers and a beach cart to haul all. We rarely took the car as everything was in walking distance and the free trolley was available to go to Point of Rocks and Turtle Beach. Steven is amazing to address any questions within minutes. We had an issue with the pool right after his maintenance guy, Ed, left and within minutes of me contacting Steven, Ed was back and resolved the issue. Ed was also very helpful with recommending the best places to eat. There were plenty of pool towels, but would have liked a few more bath towels for the amount of people we had but we just washed them during our stay. We loved the outdoor shower. It was so easy to rinse off after a day at the beach and very convenient when other showers were in use! We were all able to get ready to go out for the day without waiting. The kayaks and paddleboard also were great and I did my first kayak outing! I would highly recommend this home for an amazing vacation and the family is talking about making this an annual event. The only other recommendation I would make is to provide some plastic wine glasses for outdoors. We used red solo cups but a wine glass just makes it better!

Beautiful home with everything we needed!

This home had everything as described and so much more. Rooms were large and beds were very comfortable. There were beds to sleep 6, a sleeper sofa, futon, comfortable sectional couch, plus numerous blow up mattress options in the closets, as well as a roll away twin bed. The kitchen was fully equipped and several grocery options are nearby whenever we needed supplies. The pool was amazing. The water was perfect and the gentleman across the street made sure the pool was maintained. He was also great for making suggestions of things to do in the area. The beach is probably under 10 minutes to walk but with the cart and supplies provided, it is an easy trip. There are several restaurant options within a 5 minute walk or less. The pizza and ice cream shops were great! We took kayaks out for the day and visited several sites on our journey. I would highly recommend that adventure. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. We were able to see dolphins one morning fairly close to the beach. This was an amazing week and we were not ready to leave. We will definitely be marking this house to visit again in the future. The owner was excellent and extremely quick to answer questions. Wonderful experience!

The Pictures Do Not Give It Justice!

First of all, the pictures do not give it justice! The house is very spacious, beautifully renovated, inviting, clean, and comfortable. It is full of everything you'll need for your stay. The outside patios are spacious, with nice outdoor furniture to have your quiet dinners outside. The village is a minute away to stroll in the evening, lunch, or ice cream. Beach access is close too. The property had many beach accessories, like chairs, noodle, floating mattresses, coolers, which was very convenient. I would recommend this property and will certainly come back next time. Our family has stayed at 10 different places on siesta key. This one by far was our family’s favorite one yet. We loved it. There really wasn’t anything we would change. The pool area an hot tub made for great relaxing nights an very private.

Great House, Great Location, Great Host!

We went down to Siesta Key for a week with 2 adults and 2 children. This house was more than perfect and had ample room for at least 2 more adults. The home was in a great, safe neighborhood and within walking distance to the town (1-2 min) and beach. We choose a beach a bit further away (beach access #5-10 min walk) and decided to drive because of the 2 small kids and ALOT of beach “stuff”. It had a small lot that we usually were able to park in with no problem. The groundskeeper ended up bringing a beach cart during our stay which will be great for those who want to walk. The home was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need! We had a wonderful time going to the beach, then heading back to the home to enjoy the pool and some fishing in the canal. We will definitely be staying in this Home again!
