We had a great stay! Property is right by the beach access and had everything we needed. It was really clean & cute and beds were super comfy. Hope to be back again before too long!If you want to rent a beach umbrella or canopy be sure to rent in the morning, as the company usually stops setting up by 11.

Everything was perfect at this place. Clean and well cared for! The shower was one of the best we have every had. The host answered each question and offered places to go and see as needed. We will be back again

Our stay at this VRBO in Siesta Key was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The location could not have been better—close to everything we wanted to do while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The property was beautifully decorated, creating a warm, welcoming, and comfortable space that truly felt like a home away from home.The cleanliness was outstanding. Every room was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for our arrival. The amenities exceeded our expectations and included everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It was clear that the owners take great pride in providing an exceptional guest experience.We especially appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property, from the furnishings to the well-equipped living spaces. Oh my goodness! Talk about a bit of heaven on earth! Everything about this place is amazing! The space is adorable and has everything one needs to enjoy vacation, from wine glasses to towels to beach toys. The beach is right there and the grounds are so nicely kept! Perfect location, had no problem finding space at the private beach. The condo was very nice, updated and had everything we needed. Kim was very responsive and helped with all our questions. Definitely recommend and we’ll be back. Thanks for a great stay!

Full disclosure, I am a Sr. Citizen, have live in Florida my adult life and have used vrbo a few times...This is an older unit but quiet, comfortable and clean with well equipped up to date kitchen appliances, soft close cabinets. The host is accomodating and wonderful to work with - providing shopping and dining tips as well as general area guidance. The description in vrbo is accurate, but it pales in comparison to the observed care, detail and experience. The beach access is a short walk, easy to obtain chais lounge, umbrellas, etc. The beach has the absolute softest sand and is not crammed with people. I cant say enough positive and I have no negatives. We will be back. Thank You!

Kim is an outstanding host. Her communication was clear and thorough providing detailed information about the location, parking access to the beach and pool, as well as the Wi-Fi username and password which were prominently posted. She also included written instructions for the checkout process. Throughout our stay, Kim checked in with us before, during, and after our visit, making herself readily available for any questions or assistance. We truly felt welcomed and cared for.The property was impeccably, clean, beautifully appointed, and equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Kim thoughtfully provided a helpful binder, maps and pamphlets with recommendations for things to do in the area which we greatly appreciated.We would definitely choose to stay here again. This place was perfect for our short stay in Siesta Key. Very short walk to the beach and short drive to restaurants. Condo had everything we needed.
