This home has 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a walk-in shower and soaking tub, AC, spacious living room/dining room area with high speed WiFi, and a 70in T.V with streaming platforms. Newly renovated kitchen fully equipped with anything you'll need( toaster, blender, coffee machine ect.)
Backyard has comfortable seating equipped with propane fire pit table, swings, oversized outdoor day bed, outdoor games (corn hole, spike ball), a 6 person hot tub, and any beach accessories(chairs, umbrella, toys, beach cabana)
Master bedroom and second bedroom are equipped with block out curtains for a good night sleep.

Yes and yes, it was perfect for us, Mickey our little dog , he loved it, thought he was home , family came by to visit, they really liked the house, we have no complaints, five minutes from everything, the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. The property had everything we could need for our stay! It was minutes from every attraction & beach in the area! The owner was very accommodating when I inadvertently booked our return flight a day late by allowing us to add a day to our stay.

Bradenton family trip

The house is perfect for our stay in Bradenton. Our grandson and some of the family enjoyed the house the hot tub and the games.

Lovely House with Good Location

If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood and pet friendly, this is it. We stayed a month with visits from our children and grandkids. Great back yard to relax, visit and cook out. Nice sun room, clean and well stocked home. Beach equipment much appreciated. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Great hosts and would highly recommend.

Very cute, clean and well appointed home in a quiet neighborhood. Nice backyard to hangout in, and very close to Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria Island. Good, timely communication from property owner. Would stay here again

We enjoyed being in this very comfortable home which was clean, well equipped and spacious with a sunny Florida room. Loved the fact that it had bikes to ride and so many activities for kids.

Gorgeous home

The home was in a beautiful location, everything is clean when we entered and living room was perfect for spending time with the family watching movies and playing card games. The back yard was perfect for a day outside and the hot tub was very nice to get in on colder nights during our stay. If we are ever in the area again I would come back here if I can. Thank you for everything.

Great vacation home

Fabulous house!

The house was very clean and well maintained. The host had everything we needed for the beach, the backyard was wonderful with the hot tub, relaxing places to sit, and games to play. The location was convenient for exploring the island and the town. We loved it and would highly recommend!!

Great clean place to stay for our family

I highly recommend this place. It is very well kept and very clean which was most important to us. It’s only 15 minutes to the major beaches. The host was very responsive and helped immensely with anything we needed! Would definitely book this again.

Quite, cozy and easy beach access!

Our host was very courteous and prompt. The place was clean with lots of new amenities. Beds were new and very comfortable plus we enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was. Fun things to do at the house but also quick and easy access to beaches and other activities. Would recommend for family of 4-5!

Charming

House was great!

Can’t say enough about this place it was so clean with evening you need, all the beach tents, boogie boards, skim boards and lots of other goodies. So nice not to have to bring everything to play at the beach. We will be back to stay here for sure. We had a question upon checking in and they were so accommodating and got back to just quickly. We loved it!

Great house great location

My grandson had a showcase at IMG. We were back and forth for three days… The location was great..Beautiful yard ( if only the weather was better…House was clean ..would definitely recommend to family and friends

Great getaway

Our stay was great. Everything was clean and the home was extremely well stocked. We were in for a long weekend for an IMG football tournament. The house was fantastic to relax, and there were plenty of games to keep us busy in our free time. There was everything from bikes to foosball to a pool table to the hot tub. The host also gave us A wonderful variety of restaurants and activities in the area. The location was fabulous. So many restaurants and things to do within minutes.

Wonderful stay

I'm so glad I stumbled on this gem. The property was spacious, immaculate, and comfortable. The host was very communicative, giving us several recommendations about her favorite local places. I would not hesitate to rent again. Beaches are very close, the hot tub and fire pit provided such a great way to relax and connect with my friends. The neighborhood is quiet and amenities are close by. Definitely one of the best vacation rentals I've experienced. Highly recommend!

Wonderfully Decorated Inside and Out

The property was delightful and wonderfully decorated with little touches of the holidays. During the day there were many areas to explore, hang out and just relax or play a game. At night we enjoyed sitting outside, enjoying cocktails and chatting around the fire on the deck. It was a bit cold and windy so we didn’t get into the hot tub but did enjoy the hammock swing.

Wonderful stay!

Magdalena's place was a great stop on our trip. In the end, we really wished we had stayed longer. Very clean, very well equipped house and beds are comfortable! That was really important to us after a very long drive. The yard is very nice and peaceful in a safe neighborhood as well. She was extremely nice and easy to get a hold of when we had any kind of question. Short drive to the beautiful beach and many restaurants and stores. We would definitely stay there again when visiting Florida. Thank you so much for having us.

Home away from home

We met our family in Bradenton this weekend for a lacrosse tournament. We had spent 4 days touring Florida from coast to coast staying in hotels. When we opened the door to this VRBO It felt as though we were home. It was cute, clean, comfortable and offered many amenities. Our only regret was not having enough time to enjoy the lovely outdoor space and hot tub. If we should ever return to Bradenton we will stay here again.

Perfect Stay... felt like home

As advertised, the home was perfect for our family vacation to the beach. Not too far from local beaches and local shopping, the home was like a home away from home. The neighborhood doesn't do it justice. Many political flags are waving in front of nearby homes, but once you close the door, you are transferred into peace and solitude. The host was gracious and timely with information. The home had all ammenities, plus more. The home is updated and decorated well. I will look for this home again when I travel back to the area.

Exceeds Expectations

Exceptionally clean and very spacious. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and all of the surrounding homes are immaculate. We spent a lot of time in the back yard enjoying the BBQ grill, hot tub and the "campfire" as my 3 year old son called it. The host was very courteous and we enjoyed our welcome basket which even had a gourmet dog treat in it! Max really enjoyed it. The home is a great value compared to what it costs to stay on AMI. We are sure to be back!

Cozy home with lots of outdoor space and activities and an easy drive to the beach.

We had a great 4 night stay in this sweet house. There was plenty of room for my 6 person family to spread out, including a wonderful closed in porch which housed an activity table my boys played for hours (mini pool table/fooseball/ping pong/etc). The backyard is a great extension of living area as well with the hot tub, hammock, and cabana. The home’s location was an easy 12-20 min drive to several beaches on Anna Maria Island. And there were plenty of boogie boards, beach chairs, and sand toys to bring along. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe, but does have several houses with some hard core political signs/flags. The host was lovely and provided great recommendations for activities, beaches, and restaurants that were all spot on. She was also super quick and helpful with all communication. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone.
