My husband and I, along with our 3 young children and my mother, stayed in unit A102 for a week and we had the most perfect vacation! This condo is
Gorgeously updated and had all the basics we needed for the week, including beach chairs, patio chairs, and sand toys. It comfortably fit all 6 of us. I’d guess it’s between 850-900 square feet.
There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.. and if I have to say one negative thing, it would be about that. The pull out bed seemed to somewhat fold on you when laying on it, so my mom ended up sleeping sideways on it. It did not lay straight and flat when pulled out.
The master bedroom has a king bed which was pretty comfortable and plenty of room for a pack and play. The guest bedroom has 2 twins, which was definitely a bonus so our boys didn’t have to share a bed! Both of the rooms have TVs too.
Bathroom is small, but who spends much time in a bathroom anyways! Only a walk in shower- no tub. So we ended up bathing our kids in the kitchen sink becuz it was deep enough to do that.
Kitchen is super nice and open with plenty of pans, utensils, etc. we loved having everything we needed to make meals for the week. The garbage disposal wasn’t working by our 2nd day there- but maintenance came and fixed the problem within an hour of bringing it to the office staff’s attention.
Dining room table was also perfect, and there were enough chairs to accommodate all of us for a meal at the table!
This unit faces siesta key public beach main entrance. It was literally about 50 steps out the patio door to the beach entrance.
Beach is so beautiful, exquisitely clean, soft white sand, amazing sunsets, warm ocean water. But it is huge! Be prepared to walk. Playground at the beach was super great too!
The Pool was the best part because it is heated so nicely. We had a couple chillier days due to wind, but we were able to enjoy them in the heated pool. There’s a 3-4ft shallow end and a 7ft deep end. We didn’t have any issues with lounge chairs at the pool- seemed like there was always plenty.
Overall, we will likely be returning to this condo another year because it has everything a family would need, is well kept, and the amenities and proximity to the beach (and siesta key village which is less than a mile down the road) can’t be beat!
