Luxury 2 bed & 2 bath Villa. Next to Siesta Key Village and beach access 5.

Enjoy a fantastic and relaxing experience at this Siesta Key Luxury Villa; located in a prime location. The Siesta Key Village restaurant, bar and shopping area, and Beach access #5, is a few minute walk from the Villa. No need for a car as a prime location to access key activities.

Villa is beautifully fully furnished, 2 full bedrooms and bathrooms (sleeps 4), washer, dryer, pool in backyard, 2 balconies overlooking Beach Dr and other the backyard pool. One level Villa (2nd floor), elevator, 2-car garage on ground level. Villa equipped with 4 beach chairs, umbrella, buggy, towels.

Rental options are monthly, multi-month or annual basis. Please contact me for stays < 1 month. A beautiful Villa in a prime location of Siesta Key. Sorry, no pets.

Best Location in Siesta Key

Spacious, luxurious, condo across the road from the beach. Beautiful, clean, perfect. Communication with the host was awesome, he was always checking in to make sure everything was perfect.

Amazing Vacation Destination

We had the pleasure of staying here with our family and could not be more pleased with the experience. The unit was clean and extremely well appointed. The proximity to both, the beach and The Village, was perfect. Dave was very responsive and great to deal with. He made the whole process very easy from start to finish. We had the best time! We will 100% stay here again the next time we’re in SK.

Supreme location and owner.

This was a premium location. Within walking distance to beach and village. Centrally located to a number of other various sights to see. Owner met us to get us familiar with property. He was extremely responsive and available. Everything you could need was provided by owner. Very safe location. Private garage was very nice.

Great Experience

We could not have had a better time and experience. Dave, the owner, was easy to work with and very accommodating, the property is beautiful and well appointed, and location is perfect for the beach and Siesta Village. We’ll definitely be back.

A great stay in SK!!

We knew SK from having stayed there in the past, so we knew very well where Dave's condo was located and everything was great! The proximity to the beach and SK village on foot, the very pleasant condo which perfectly suited our needs, and above all a private swimming pool available 24 hours a day. Thanks again to Dave for being a great host during our stay. We will come back!

Beautiful condo with a super location!

Perfect location to walk to North Village. Dave was wonderful and attentive to our needs. Stocked well with beach items including a wagon which made going to the beach easier. Great balconies. The kitchen appliances were very nice too We highly recommend this property.
