  • Welcome to your private slice of paradise at Seahorse Cove, a charming Spanish-style villa with a spacious, light-filled interior and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Tucked away on a quiet private lane just off Beach Road, this peaceful retreat is only half a block from Siesta Key Village and offers easy access to the world-famous white sand beaches. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets and the very best of Siesta Key's coastal lifestyle.

    - Less than 500 Feet to entrance of Public Beach Access #7
    - 0.1 Miles to Siesta Key Village

    - Less than 500 Feet to local free trolley stop.
    Siesta Key has 13 beach access points and a free trolley system making all of Siesta Key easily accessible no matter where you are on the island!

    Important things to note:
    - This property is stairs only; all guests must have the ability to use stairs.
    - We only guarantee 1 parking space per rental unit.
    - This home is Dog Friendly. An additional charge of $39 Per Dog, Per Night will be applied. All other pets are not permitted. Please speak with a member of our team to confirm breed and weight restrictions.
    - Check-in is located at our office off site of the property. The address will be shared with check-in instructions.
    - To book a beachside managed Property Between February 1st and April 15th, the booker must be 27 years old or older and be present for the entire duration of the stay. Outside of this time frame, the standard minimum age for this property applies.
    - Security Authorization Hold taken upon check-in: $1,000. This hold is released upon inspection of unit after check-out or charged up to but not limited by the full authorized amount for damages/miss items.

The house was charming, nicely decorated, clean and well represented by the listing. There were a couple of minor inconveniencies, like no coffee filters for the coffee maker, but otherwise reasonably stocked. After walking down to the closest public access to the beach on our first day, we discovered that the other guests in neighboring units had the code to use the Private Access to the beach which is right across the street. Being able to this access made trips back and forward to the beach, much more enjoyable. I would insist on getting this code.

Hostess was very responsive to requests and questions. The home was very clean and we enjoyed our stay very much. The home is warm and welcoming and in an excellent location for the beautiful siesta Key beach and town.
