  • This is a totally renovated studio apartment - beautifully decorated with a queen-sized bed in the bedroom that is separated from the living area by lovely custom-designed sliding doors. The unit is equipped with two large flat-screened TVs, has wireless Internet access and a view of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living area to accommodate an extra guest.

    Covered parking provided.


    The complex is located near shopping and many local eateries! The Siesta Key Trolley provides free transportation from one end of the key to the other.

We had a wonderful visit!

Nice area, with nice pool and beach access. Advertised as recently remodeled which did not appear to be true. One window was in need of repair - you could barely see through it. The bed and couch were very uncomfortable to us. Maybe a better explanation about the towel service and trash would be helpful. But all in all it was a really nice unit and perfect size for two adults for the week.

The location was perfect, and the white sandy beech was amazing. Condo was not updated as stated.

The property was listed as newly renovated. Nothing has been updated in the condo in over 15 or more years. That was very misleading. The pool and private beech were amazing and well kept. The location was perfect and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. There was free transportation available on the island which made getting around a breeze.
