Newly renovated 2 bedroom Condo directly on the beach at Siesta Key, known for its pure white sand and voted #1 beach in the USA. You can watch the sunset from the comfort of the free lounge chairs on our own private beach, or you can romp in the crystal clear water and perhaps see a dolphin or two.

Prefer to look out at the beach from the comfort of your screened in lanai, Pina Colada in hand? You can do that too!! Just sit back and enjoy the breathtaking views of the water and breathe in the fresh air. All from the comfort of your private lanai.

The condo is perfect for “hanging” at home and relaxing. The kitchen and 2 full baths are brand new, all with granite countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped and features brand new appliances, if you chose to stay in and prepare a meal at home. Each bathroom has a brand new stall shower. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the guest room holds a queen and double bed. Each room, as well as the living room, has its own TV. Cable HD, LCD TV, DVD/VCR combo and FREE WIFI are also included in the unit. No need to think about linens as they are all there including bath and beach towels. The unit is fully air-conditioning and there are ceiling fans in all rooms. The new living and dining room furniture remind you that you are at the beach. A washer and dryer are available right outside the front door of the unit.

Prefer to go out to eat and enjoy some night life? South Village at Siesta Key is a short walk away and features restaurants, including the new Daiquiri Deck, a grocery and drug store and some shopping. A short drive, or an ambitious walk away, is Siesta Key Village where the night life happens. Here you can find pubs, restaurants, entertainment and an assortment of shopping. You can also rent a variety of sports equipment including bikes, canoes, kayaks, boats, jet skis, etc.

The unit includes a covered parking spot so your car will stay cool while you are relaxing at the beach and just enjoying the sights and fresh air from the condo. The condo is smoke free and please no pets. Come enjoy all that Siesta Key has to offer.
