Sea Shell Condominiums, located on Siesta Key just over the bridge from Sarasota is the perfect year-round vacation getaway resort! The Sea Shell Condominiums are a gated complex with assigned covered parking for your condo. Condo is fully-equipped, laundry facilities are available on each floor, and the balconies of the condo offer views of the breathtaking sunsets of Siesta Key as well as the natural beauty of the beach and tropical waters. Swim in our heated pool, sunbathe on the beach. The vacation of your dreams is awaiting you! The Master bedroom with King size bed and a private bathroom, Sliding double door for easy access from the bedroom onto the Lanai. The Guest bedroom has 2 Queen size beds and access to a 2nd bathroom. The beach is fantastic!! White quartz sand that never gets hot or cold and feels like baby powder. The blue azure waters lap up to this pristine beach. Dolphins a local native is a common sight. The complex is centrally located across the street from a small supermarket, Great Restaurants, Deli, boat, and bike rentals,

Everything is convenient!

The beach is fantastic with the most awesome powdery sand! You can literally walk to what ever you need! There are a handful of wonderful places to eat, coffee shops, icecream shops and even a grocery with a very nice deli!

Beautiful Place / Location

Beautiful condo on a beautiful beach. The toaster didn’t work and had another one delivered immediately. Beautiful view from the balcony. Only snafu Requested Four more hand towels as we had 4 people and four towels and they said there would b a charge. They have washing facilities but we didn’t want to stick around to wash towels. Overall enjoyed our stay.

On the beach at Siesta Key

We just returned from a four night stay at this property. The condo was perfect for us, convenient to everything-grocery store, restaurants and a little shopping. The property was clean and as pictures in the listing. I called ahead as a reviewer suggested and was told to go by the text for accessing the property, which conflicted with directions in email. We were given a code to enter our room and all was very easy.

Siesta Key Condo

Very clean condo and good location. The beach is awesome! The only slightly negative comment I had was that I sent a text to the property management that there was extremely poor water pressure in the bathrooms and asked if it could be looked at. I received a text back saying thanks for letting us know and that was it. No one ever came to look at it or I never received another response. But overall, this is a very nice condo!

do your check-in logistics homework in advance

The beach and ocean here are gorgeous and there's lots of good eating and drinking places and bike/water sports rentals on the block. The condo is also in a great location within the condo complex, has a pretty wedge of ocean view from the little terrace and is appointed with nice furniture and linens. The kitchen contents are hodge-podge but there were some nice overall touches like three inflatables for pool use, a rolling cooler, and 6 beach towels. Note that the pool is nearer the condo entrance and not on the beachside of the property. We did not use the laundry facility onsite. The main downside of our stay was curt communication and poor advance information about onsite check-in - there are so many entities involved in the rental transaction (VRBO, "owner," rental agency, and condo complex itself), things get really confusing and you receive contradictory paperwork and instructions by email and text about where and how to check in and what codes to use where. We were on an hour-long goose chase after dark encountering empty lock boxes and missing codes at the rental agency in town and then within the condo complex itself. It wasn't a nice way to start! We also wish the owner would have made it clear in advance that the condo only comes with one parking spot and you are on your own to figure out where to park a second car. Thankfully, the condo office staff was nice enough to issue us a 2-day parking permit for s space near the front office for an extra $20.

Great time at the Sea Shell

We had a great time at the Sea Shell! The location is great. The beach is beautiful and there are plenty of restaurants, markets, bars, shops, etc all within walking distance. The rental unit was just like the ad. Great view from the balcony. The only draw back was all of the washers and dryers in the condo were not functioning while we were there. This is critical when you’re at the beach all day everyday. Also you have to bring your own soap and shampoo as none is provided, so we had to make an unplanned trip to CVS. Other than that it was a wonderful experience and I’d highly recommend it.
