We received a warm welcome from the reception once we arrived, and the check-in went fluently. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. The cable-train is right in front of the hotel, which makes it super convenient especially when you finished your day in Cran Montana skiing. The breakfast is simple but nicely prepared, not to mention the Italian coffee. Overall very pleasant and chill experience, and very grateful for the help from the owner. :D

Un hôtel qui a le mérite d'exister mais franchement, pour le tarif (148 €), chambre désuète, pas de clim', SdB baignoire et pas douche, avec fissures sur les murs (chambre et SdB)...accueil par le restaurant (personne à l'accueil, il fallait savoir). Chambre qui donnait sur la gare donc ne pas ouvrir les fenêtres (volets roulants cassés) pour dormir...litterie très moyenne. Bref, nous avions besoin de faire une halte lors d'un retour de voyage, pour une nuit, et heureusement pas plus. Nous venions de passer une semaine en Sardaigne dans des hôtels du même tarif mais d'un tout autre standing... ça gâche un peu le retour de vacances.

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Die Unterkunft war für 2 Nächte ok. Zentral gelegen, 2 Min. vom Bahnhof entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nahe. Die Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Die sanitäre Anlage sehr renovationsbedürftig!! Duschen in der Badewanne, war soweit ok, jedoch lief das Wasser nicht ab. Ebenso beim Lavabo nicht. Toilette starke braune Kalkablagerungen.

Déception

L’hôtel est bien situé, proche de la gare et les chambres spacieuses. Parking souterrain pratique. Mais le management est lacunaire. Le deuxième jour la chambre n’a pas été nettoyée, et l’oreiller supplémentaire jamais livré. Le dimanche le restaurant est fermé et il n’y a pas de petit déjeuner, mais personne ne nous a averti…. Nous avons trouvé un vieux morceau de pain sec dans l’armoire poussiéreuse, preuve que le nettoyage des chambres laisse vraiment à désirer. Nous n’y retournerons plus.

hotel bien situé (près de la gare, des restaurants et du centre-ville). Notre chambre ne donnait pas sur la rue, donc très silencieux, et magnifique vue sur les montagnes.

Never again - avoid this place if you can

Decrepit hotel, in dire need of renovation. None of the hotel staff were wearing protective face masks during our stay, which we found especially shocking. There were no amenities open to guests, so no breakfast, despite it being included in the room price. The reception staff made no effort to make us feel welcome, or to offer help to us in finding food and sustenance in the vicinity. The bar was closed during our stay, except for Sunday morning, when alcohol was being served - but not to us! The towels in the room were old, worn and thin and the fittings dated. This is a very tired place you should only stay in desperation.

No-frills stay in Sierre

This Hotel is simple and functional. Very close to the station and funicular. The rooms are kept clean, but the decoration is old and a bit shabby. The breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant and is ok but not extravagant. It was very hot during my stay and my room had neither air-conditioning nor a fridge for cold drinks. Wifi is reliable.

Chambre vétuste, de la moquette partout et aussi sur l'étagère et sur les parois dans l'armoire. le lit m'a fait penser à ceux de l'armée et les rideaux vintage, même ma grand-mère n'a jamais eu de tels horreurs.
