A beautiful property in the centre of town. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. All of our sightseeing requirements were arranged for us and we were given an English speaking tuk tuk driver for the whole of our stay. The rooms were comfortable and a good size. The swimming pool was great. The food was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definately stay here again.

Mi estadía fue buenisima! El hotel coordina recogerte en el aeropuerto, te dan la bienvenida explicándote todo lo necesario del hotel y tienen recomendaciones para las actividades. El personal del hotel es muy amable, siempre dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier duda. El desayuno está perfecto, tienen opción asian y western, yo no probé la asiatica, pero el desayuno continental incluye frutas, jugo, buen café, huevos, panes y croissant. El restaurant del hotel también es muy bueno, con opciones de comida local, westerns y cocktails. El hotel cuenta con masajes en la misma habitación, que se hace súper comodo. El hotel es silencioso, la piscina está muy bien y es un lugar para relajarse. Durante mi estadía el bar del rooftop estaba en remodelación, pero me avisaron al momento de llegada, vi que otros viajeros lo recomendaban así que ojalá con las mejoras quede increíble. A gem of a find!

This is a great small hotel. The location is very good being a short tuc-tuc ride to the buzz of the city (tuc-tucs were always available at front door) yet peaceful at night. The rooftop bar/restaurant a huge bonus. Food very good and bean to cup coffee! The owner and his staff couldn’t have been more attentive and helpful. Excellent English spoken. For private car driver, ask for Mr Boon.

Wonderful place, like a little paradise in the middel of central Siem Reap. Booked 4 nights and ended up staying a week! Everybody is so kind, helpful and the food in the restaurant amazing. See the sun set from the roof while enjoing a cold drink. if you are going to Siem Reap this fantastic hotel is a must!

The hotel was about a 10 minuet walk to the town, is kept in descent order with a great view of the sunset from the roof terrace where an excellent evening meal was served. My room was pleasant and clean.

Super friendly staff and the owner. We finished Ankor Wat tour early and were offered to take shower and rest before our flight. We had beautiful view from our balcony.

Your private, boutique in siem reap! We highly recommend staying here. The staff are very polite, helpful and attentive, the rooms are spotless and the lush tropical pool area is perfect to cool off with a cocktail after a hot day at the temples. We enjoyed sunset cocktails from roof top lounge area and the restaurant offers a great selection of local meals. Location is quiet and only a 3 minute tuk tuk to Pub Street. Enjoy!

Siem Reap is a tourist destination and hence boasts itself of any number of hotels for every traveller. Won Residence is located in a small side street with a poor approach. The property is 2-3 times overpriced. The breakfast choice is limited, there is no gym, the pool is substandard, the supplies in the room are far below the average.

I was looking for a hotel on Expedia when I came across Won Residence and Spa. I have to be honest in saying that I did not expect much from the hotel. It turns out that our stay probably has to be one of the best hotel experiences abroad. We were stunned by both the indoor and outdoor design of the hotel which proved itself as an excellent spot for taking photos. The owner Prim and his friendly staff (especially Mr. Rom) were determined to give us the best experience. All hotel staff were knowledgeable when it came to popular tourist attractions (and even helped us organise tours)and were always there for a lively chat. I must say that one of our highlights must have been the dinner on the rooftop which was included in the hotel fee which consisted of delicious Khmer food. I cannot thank Prim and his wonderful team for making our stay so pleasant. 10/10 would recommend!

Lovely Hotel, Highly Recommended

Lovely boutique hotel in a quiet but central location. The hotel is new, modern and very clean. Staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. Mr Rom, the marketing manager provided excellent service and arranged a tour of Angkor Wat for us with a driver and English speaking tour guide. Free pickup airport pick up and drop off were also included. The rooftop terrace provided a lovely setting for drinks and dinner. The traditional Khmer menu was delicious. If you prefer a more personal experience and would like to avoid the large tour parties at the larger Siem Reip hotels I would highly recommend the Won Residence and Spa.

We loved our stay at WON Residence! It is a 15 minute walk or short tuk tuk drive away from the night market/pub street; great pool; amazing staff. The breakfast there was really good as well. We would definitely come back! Rom and his staff team are super nice as well!

It's a great place to stay. The staff are great and dedicated in accommodating our needs. Comfortable clean room with beautiful garden. Their croissants are delicious. It was an excellent experience. Little Oasis in Siem Reap! From the warm greetings from the attentive hotel staff the moment they picked us up, to the amazing interior and facilities of the hotel, everything was great!! Really great hotel

We stayed at Won Residence & Spa for two nights recently and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. It probably was the best customer service I've experienced at a hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality, the pools were clean and the reflective tiled one was especially nice. The complimentary tuk-tuk service was really helpful. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again if I were to return to Siem Reap in future. It really was quite an impressive hotel.

Fantastic Boutique hotel, highly recommended! This is a real gem in Siem Reap. The staff are fantastic . The rooms are spacious, food is delicious and the beautiful pool is very inviting after a hot day's sightseeing. I would highly recommend this boutique hotel. So many personal touches make for an amazing stay
