Tired after traveling

We arrived to the hotel approximatly 4:30;pm and we had prepaid so the hotel knew we would be stsying ,but on a arrival the room was not reaady so we sat in the lobby for half hour before getting outr room .The staff were curtious but didn't seem to care about getting our room for us after a long travel that day, oh aswell it was not the room I had booked

Great place!

Great staff and service. Helpful and considerate. Will definitely recommend to others! Location is pretty good if you don't mind walking about 20 minutes to the night market and pub street.

Good choice for business or tourism

It is a great place to stay - the staff are well trained in customer service, the building is quirky rather than being an anonymous bland modern structure, good inclusive breakfast, the central area is walkable or a short tuk -tuk ride away ... overall a good choice located in a quiet area.

Hotel staff were pretty helpful and nice in general. Yet we are not satisfied with the room quality. The air conditioner was not working so the room was quite stuffy and hot, the TV was not functioning as well. The toothpaste was of bad quality. Before arrival, I emailed the hotel for pick up arrangements but there was no reply and we had to pay our own transport to the hotel.

현지 분위기를 느낄 수 있어서 좋은 듯 합니다. 방은 나름 오래되어 보이지만 청결하게 되어있는듯 합니다. 식사 장소 옥상은 풍경은 주변을 볼 수 있고 바람도 불고 해서 아주 좋음. 다만 조식의 경우 제공시간에 맞쳐 음식이 나와 있지 않고, 메뉴가 많지 않은게 좀 흠입니다. 일정상 빨리 먹고 가야하는데 식사시간에 음식이 안나와 있어서 당황했네요. 여유롭게 즐길 수 있다면 좋을 듯 합니다. 메뉴는 적어서 그닥....

When we booked for Okay 1 villa, free pick up transfer was stated to be included in the package. Approximately 5 days prior our check in, I contacted Okay 1 Villa and no respond from them. Then as expected, we arrived at the airport, no one was there to pick us up. 10 USD was paid for transport to Okay 1 Villa. What's worst is when i asked about it at the reception, I was ignored a few times, it was obvious that they were trying to avoid answering. Well, we persistently asked for free transfer back to the airport when we leave for Siem Reap, they do not agree but asked for 3 USD for TUKTUK transportation to the airport. We agreed because it was better than nothing. Then, throughout our stay we heard hotel guest arguing with receptionists about the same issue, they did not pick their guests up at the airport even the price customer paid for hotel booking have included pick up service. Breakfast was basically the same everyday, it tasted alright. Largely spaced hotel room with dust on the curtains and wardrobe.

Top Hotel

Sauberkeit vom Zimmer und Hotel waren super, Die Angestellten haben immer nachgefragt, ob alles ok ist, die Lage vom Hotel ist auch optimal, nicht weit zum Nachtmarkt.Das Hotel ist auch bekannt bei den Tuc Tuc Fahrern. Man braucht nur den Namen zu nennen.

Great Stay at Okay 1 Villa

I had a great stay at Okay 1 Villa I had stayed at their sister property Okay Boutique while in Phnom Penh. My room was large in size and air con worked great. Nice size bathroom as well and loved the rooftop pool and bar and a very nice breakfast buffet in the morning. The staff at the pool bar is super friendly as was the staff at the front desk. Rong was super helpful when my tour was late in picking me up and was getting worried I had a great chat with him and he helped along with the front desk staff to see where they were and give them a call. I highly recommend a stay at Okay 1 Villa!

Favorite hotel stay

Great food and service on the roof. Excellent breakfast to start the day. Stayed at six hotels in Vietnam and Cambodia, this was our favorite. I would recommend Okay1 Villa to my friends without a doubt. Hu

Nice place

Good value for the money. Some noisy costumers kept us awake at night, but otherwise the area was calm. The sheets and towels had stains on them when they were supposed to be clean.

Better than OK

This boutique hotel is amazing! They let us check in early after a free delicious juice. The room is spacious & nice. Good AC. Cleaning every day with free water. Pool is excellent I could have laid there for 2 weeks. Be sure to watch the sunset from the roof with a 75c draft beer. Breakfast is great - we even got a breakfast box when we checked out at 6am. Only downside is it's an unenjoyable 15 min walk to pub street so just pay $2 for a tuk tuk. The staff are almost too nice. Towels provided round the pool for free

Great value for a three star hotel

Great value for a three start hotel. We stayed there 2 weeks in 2015 and came back in 2017, and really noticed a few little upgrades and improvements. Esp nice was the upgrade in the hotel restaurant menu, and this time we had the majority of our meals at the hotel. The only two things to mention is that for my 75 yr old mum, the stairs up to the restaurant are very steep.

Fantastic staff!

The staff at Okay 1 Villa really makes the hotel special! They are all so friendly and willing to help you in any way possible! We especially enjoyed learning the local language at dinner times! The hotel itself is wonderful, particularly the rooftop bar and pool. The room was very comfortable and clean. We couldn't recommend staying here more! Thank you Okay 1 for an amazing few days!

Pleasant clean hotel.

The hotel is based in good, quite place. The most important for us, all hotel is pretty clean. You walk with no shoes, bathrooms are outdated but clean. Very comfortable, firm mattress. Our room was in basement. Disadvantage - no view at all (just wall) but on the other side - at least it was nice and cool as sun wasn't shining through the window. Plus, we just slept there so it's ok. Restaurant serves delicious meals - pleasant to look and pleasant to eat. We took breakfast as well as there is not much choice in the area - good buffet but to be honest we were little bit fed up after few days. Juices like the cheapest from concentrate and jams are even worse, but omelettes are pretty good as well as vegetables, noodles or rice. I think the biggest problem we had with language - staff is not speaking perfectly English. For example, we asked for one coffee and glass of water, but received two coffees. Another time we placed order for some food and received something which we only concidered but not ordered. Just little misunderstandings like that. The swimming pool is very relaxing. Not too deep, with small shallow part for kids. If you expect spa, quite swimming pool - this one is for you. My biggest advice in regards to stay in Siem Reap - be prepared for high prices and that everyone is going to rip you off. Starting from tuktuk drivers, up to little local shops. And be aware of laud rooster in the morning.
