I highly recommend this place! Everybody is friendly and helpful. They anticipate your needs and wishes and are always ready to make your stay even better. The property is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Ideal for a romantic stay. The restaurant offers a wide variety of foods and cooking classes! I loved visiting the Spa, they have nice range of treatments and the masseuses are awesome! The hotel is just 5 min walk from the night market and the old market. In that area yon’ll find lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. This place is a real gem. Do not miss it!

My family are very happy to return after 8 years and found it to be the same great hotel we remembered. The staff are very helpful and kind about every aspect of the services they offer. The breakfast is excellent and everything is maintained with great care. The hot stone massage and aroma therapy massage are awesome too. We are definitely coming back to Golden Temple Retreat in the future!

I have stayed at the golden temple retreat 3 times and each time it gets better and better. It is top notch. They go above and beyond. For my birthday the stff beautify decorated my room and then the entire staff came to my room to sing happy birthday to me. Very special to me as its also the day, 1 year ago, i had open heart surgery the day befour my 55th birthday. If you dont stay at the golden temple you woud be making a mistake. Rooms are beautiful, tub and showers are amazing.best hotel ever!

The hotel is lovely and a great base for Siam Reap. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the center. Room and breakfast exceptional . Service was top notch, especially Nat at reception. They know your name. Problem is it was low season and there was too much staff so it was a bit hovering. They will also arrange ankor wat tours and the prices didn’t seem too overcharged - we did on own. The one concern is we had pickup from the airport. While the price at $30 is good, it was a 1960s American car and we felt it was unsafe.
