The staff is very nice, and the rooms look about as advertised. However, it's pretty noisy, there was loud music until about midnight every night, and the AC takes 30 minutes to an hour to cool down the room. Great for the budget, but there are many better options for not much more cost.

It’s a lovely little hotel full of south East Asian quirks and charm. It’s a little set back from the main areas and the nightlife and the streets around there aren’t great but it’s clean, friendly and good value.

Prepare for a princess treatment

My friends and I stayed here for 4 nights and could not have been treated better! The rooms were spotless, and quite lovely. A welcome message on our beds on arrival made us feel immediately at home! The breakfast was really tasty with lots of choice and staff were constantly asking us would we like extra drinks, yogurts etc. I especially loved the pool, which is small but clean. My friends got spa treatments which was organized by the staff. It was my birthday during our stay and staff really made an effort to make it a memorable day and organised a cake for me when my friends requested it. I would love to go back and stay here again some time, no complaints whatsoever!

こじんまりとしていてアットホームなホテルです。フロントから客室までの間にプールと植物があり癒されます。部屋は清潔に保たれており、浴室には大きなバスタブ、しかもしっかり熱いお湯も出るので日本人には合うと思います。スタッフの方の対応も良く、みなさん笑顔が素敵で気持ち良く過ごせました。

Nice hotel with helpful staff

Chheng Residence is a nice and relaxing hotel located in a rather calm and safe area just outside the city centre with ten minutes walking distance to the pub street. The staff is very attentive and helpful. They offer tours to the temple area and other places with own tuk-tuk drivers to a good price. They also provide free pick up at the airport. My room was clean and nice and had everything I needed. The pool area is relaxing. The breakfast is good, there are options for both Asian as well as western people.
