「全てのベッドが、ダニ等複数種類の虫で汚染されていた。全員が30か所以上刺されて、赤く腫れた。医者は、ダニと蚊によるものと診断した。医者により、抗菌薬と塗り薬が処方された。デング熱が潜伏している恐れもあるらしい。 ホテルのスタッフにクレームを付けたら、部屋を交換してもらえた。部屋を交換したら、虫の被害は無くなった。ホテルのスタッフは、感染症やアレルギーの知識を持っていないと考えられる。ホテルのスタッフに、薬は不要といわれた。」

「My boyfriend and I truly enjoyed our stay at La Residence Blanc. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We liked that this hotel was owned by a Cambodian family and it's clear their focus is on their guests. Location very quiet and easy walking distance to down town, Tuktuks at US$2 fairly easily available on Street 26. but its surface and the side road to hotel off it, are poorly surfaced / unpaved and tricky in wet weather.Kitchenette and bathrooms well equipped but in need of modernization. Same goes for the pool although the gym is good. TV channel coverage excellent but wifi speed only average - computer link only worked in living area though phones worked in...

「オールドマーケットやレストランなども近く何かと便利です生活に必要なもの（洗濯機、電子レンジ、ガスコンロ、調理器具、食器等）はとりあえず揃っています。ネット環境もＯＫですよ。困るのは乾季でも蚊が出ます。(ここいらでは当たり前)後はシャワーブースの排水がダメでこれにはホント困りました。それと枕カバーはきれいですが枕が３個とも臭かったです。それ以外はとても良いです。私は入ってすぐの所にくつを脱いでおきましたが、皆さんドアの外に脱ぎ散らかしですとても面白いです。」

「e stayed for 3 nights and had a pleasant stay, the 2 owners Mike & Chilli were very friendly and helpful. The pool area is small but we had it all to ourselves as there is only about 8 rooms in the hotel. It has a nice comfortable bar a restaurant area with $1 draft beers in chilled glasses. The 2 guys that own the place are building a rooftop bar at the moment which will be great once finished and there are a few other bits and pieces they are working on around the place. 「We arrived and were asked to wait so that the guy on the desk could spray the room with air freshener. On entering the room the place looked shabby and on close inspection of the pillows we quickly decided not to use them as some were stained yellow. The a/c turned on but did nothing to cool down the room and the fan on the wall only oscillated about twice before sticking. There was a bracket on the wall where the tv once was and the electric wires sticking out of the wall where the shower once...
