It’s a cute little small town motel. Clean with the amenities that you need. Nothing fancy. Just clean and homey!

4th stay here. If you want a 5 star hotel, this isn’t it. If you want an upgraded cabin feel, this is perfect! Super tiny shower only bathroom, but the room is nice sized. Excellent mattress and added extras such as free bottled water. Will stay again.

I liked the owners. They were very nice and helpful. The bed was super comfortable and the TV channels were excellent!
My stay was homey and it is a pretty place. The only thing that I would change is more pillows on the beds, and a towel rack in the bathroom. The décoré and colors were very nice, and I appreciated the theme of this family oriented place😍
It's a little off the beaten path, but definitely worth the short drive to get there. The staff is so awesome and the room was quiet, well equipped and beautiful. I highly recommend The King's Inn!!!
If you like outside doors this is your spot nothing is far 5min away rooms very clean very comfortable it feels safe they have a nice patio can't cook in room but got a nice set up with double propane grill. The only downside is No iron in room but very welcomed by staff.I enjoyed my week stay.& i will stay there again price is very reasonable.

This motel was right out of 1960.. But for the price, it was a good value.
The room was spotless and in good condition. All the facilities worked well. The staff was helpful and professional. I will stay here again next year as it’s a good value.
This was the first stay on our vacation trip. My wife and I had an excellent stay here. Very comfortable, and clean. Everything worked as it should. Staff was nice and recommended placed to eat and things to do. Much appreciated.
This is probably the oddest place I've ever stayed. Not sure a place for family with small children. The owners were kind and helpful. The room was older but clean. The odd part was were in a basement room of a house. We had no control of the temperature but the room was comfortable with the fan. This struck us as a little odd. Maybe some updated photos and up front info during booking would help. Very affordable. I would stay here again; however, I think more information about the property is in order.
This is a basic, meaning non-fancy place. Perfect for my purposes which word to stay overnight so I could do a job the next day. It is not a luxury accommodation, but it is comfortable, clean, convenient, safe and in general completely satisfactory and economical.

Older, relatively clean. Bed was a bit old, mattress slumped. Decent for the money.

Let me start off by saying, I’ve definitely stayed in worse, but I’ve definitely stayed in better. My only two complaints were, not enough outlets in the room, and the bathtub was so dirty, and honestly the tubs filth is from months of not being cleaned properly. But for the money it was doable. Not sure I’d stay again, but not sure I wouldn’t, I guess it would depend if it was just a quick pass through like this trip was. Because it was about $25 cheaper than the other places around there, we were able to buy dinner with the difference.
