Laundry, drying and ironing facilities are available, as well as a maid service when required.



The properties are just 15 minutes from Exeter and 5 miles from the famous lace and antique market town of Honiton. There are many local walks, including the Foxglove Way, plus cycling, fishing and horse riding close by. Explore the East Devon coast, which has been awarded World Heritage Status. There are a number of golf courses nearby (at cost), including the Sidmouth Golf Club. Beach 3½ miles. Shop and pubs 1 mile, and restaurant 2¾ miles.
