「clean, calm... very helpful staff」

「Very Rude staff and don't support the customer needs. The breakfast buffet is terrible full of processed and canned food. Rooney service is terrible and the beach is dirty. Will never go back there ever again」

「If you’re looking for a family vacation with kids, this is a perfect spot. However, if you’re looking to explore the area and enjoy a lively atmosphere, this may not be the right place, as it’s quite isolated and located in the middle of nowhere. The beach is calm but a bit rocky. The rooms are spacious, but the bed sheets are old and could use replacing. The property itself is huge, and the gym is large and well-equipped. 「Everything was above and beyond wonderful! The hotel is beautiful and brand new. The staff is very welcoming and took care of us like family. They fulfilled every wish we had from special breakfast menus to fresh squeezed juices on the beach - special thanks to Nour. Everything was way beyond our expectations and can’t wait to be back!」

「Honestly the worst experience of my life, what a waste of money. I wish i went to another resort. Alot of the staff a rude, you ask for something, you will need a lot of patience as the dont bring it to you, the Customer service in this resort is the worst in the world.」
