Erős 4*+, de az 5*-os ellátástól elmarad

A szálloda légköre nagyon nyugodt, a személyzet kedves, udvarias volt. Ami csalódást okozott, az az ételek válsztéka és néha minősége... Egy ötcsillagos ultra all inclusiv szállodától ennél sokkal nagyobb választékot várok el, különösen, ami a reggelit és a parti déli étkezést illetti. Még egy dolog, amin lehetne javítani, az a Spa centrum masszőrjeinek nyelvtudása ( sajnos legtöbben csak németül beszélnek, így az angol nyelven kért instrukciókat nem értették) és a masszőrök munkája közötti színvonalbéli különbség... Minden egyébbel meg voltunk elégedve.
