Helt igennem fantastisk

Opholdet på Amara family resort var helt igennem fantastisk. Maden var ubeskrivelig god, der var utallige retter at vælge imellem hver eneste dag, personalet er fantastisk, værelserne er dejligt rummelige, hotellet er skønt og alt er perfekt. Kæmpe anbefaling her fra. Et minus er dog at det er lidt lang fra de fleste ting.

Номер уютный и чистый, все необходимые принадлежности предоставлены, что очень удобно. В холодильнике есть соки, молоко, напитки:) Персонал вежливый и обходительный! Питание на высшем уровне, 10 из 10! Дети в восторге от аквапарка. Приятный бонус - мороженое 24 ч. бесплатно! На завтрак свежевыжатый апельсиновый сок. Отель очень понравился, обязательно вернёмся!

Fiyat/kalite açısından çok iyi.2016 yılı Temmuz ayında tüm aile çok memnun kalmıştık.Bu yıl 3-9 Şubatta 3 kişi konakladık.Fiyata göre herşey iyiydi.Memnun kaldık ki 9-19 Nisan arası 10 günlük yine aynı kadro rezervasyon yaptık.İstanbul'un egzozu ve betonundan kurtulmak için ideal bir bölge.Fiyatlar uygun oldukça tercih edeceğimiz bir tesis.Ancak,olumsuz yanı günlük 4 Avro internet ücreti.Bu ücret alınmamalı.

Otelin farklı bir konsepti var.Yöresi için iyi aslında.Yemekleri çok kötü.Sadece yediğimiz ilk gün pilav üstü nohut yemeğiydi.Bu sayede çevrede iyi yemek yapan yerleri deneme şansınız oluyor.Zaten daha kötüsünü bulma şansınız yok.Her şey dahil konsept sözde ama restorantta ayran yok, lobide sıcak çikolata yok.Kahvaltıda sadece yumurta ve pişi ile idare edebilirsiniz.Personel nereden ne alabileceğiniz konusunda sizi yönlendirmede çok başarılı.Bir daha gitmek ister misin derseniz cevabım asla...

No room cleaning for over 5 days. The gym is outdated with broken machines, no maintenance, the floors are extremely dirty. A lot of staff but no one care, they only do their job, without thinking about the customers. FOOD isn't changing, old food is served every day as 99% of the guests only eat fries and hamburgers/fried fish, all the rest is old and with very bad quality. We both (two guests) had severe intestinal problems due to the buffet and the poor quality of the foods.

Zeer zeer slecht hotel.

Wij gaan 2 x per maand naar hotels maardit hebben we nog nooit meegemaakt,zo slecht en vies. Alles was slecht ,het eten en drinken echt niet all inclusive. Veel oestextrabetaald worden en niet eens wifi vreselijk,ik zal dit zeker niet aanbevelen bij vrienden.

Otel lokasyonu güzel bir yerde.Odalar yeterince konforlu. Yemek ve içki kalitesi vasat. Karnınız doyuyor ama yemekten keyif alamıyorsunuz. İçkiler de çok düşük alkollü. Kaba saba Rus müşterilerle dolu, biz Türkler onların yanında oldukça medeni kalıyoruz. Fiyat olarak uygun buna paralel olarak beklentiniz de düşük olmalı.

Das Essen war sehr gut. Im Bad ohne Lüftung hat es unangenehm gemuffelt. Dadurch auch schlechter Geruch im Zimmer. Das Personal wirkte sehr abgekämpft und gestresst. Kaum ein Lächeln. Safe und WLAN kosten extra, auch bei all inklusiv. Gute Live Musik am zweiten Abend. Wir waren nur zwei Nächte da.

odalar bakımsız, check in işlemleri sırasında personel sıraya dikkat etmiyor, misafirlere bekleyin işiniz ne adam 1 hafta yatmaya gelmiş 2 dk bekleyemiyor gibi tuhaf ifadeler kullanacak kadar eğitimsiz, yemekler güzel, restauranttaki personel eğitimli, bardan içecek veren personeller sıkıntılı günlüğüne bin lira vermişim içecek almayacam da ne yapacam adamlar içeceği verirken surat yapıyor. oda temizliği 2 günde bir ama harbi temizliyorlar. ana bina havuz hızlı temizleniyor ama diğer tarafın dibi kumlu ve sirkülasyon zayıf.

Das Zimmer war immer aufgeräumt. Allerdings war der Tisch von Anfang an schmutzig und wurde innerhalb von 4 Tagen nicht gereinigt. Auch der Service an der Rezeption lässt zu wünschen übrig. Man(n) wird kaum beachtet und muss sich regelrecht auf sich aufmerksam machen. Auch der Service an der Poolbar lässt zu wünschen übrig. Eine absolute Null-Bock Einstellung. Ebenso laufen Angestellte oft durch die Gegend ohne den Tisch abzuräumen. Wenn Gäste sich an einen Tisch setzten möchten, werden die Gläser durch Gäste einfach auf andere Tische gelagert. Würde es kein 2.tes mal buchen.
