「The ferry company cancelled the operation on 24 and 25 Dec, as well as 31st Dec and 1st Jan. This forced us to stay three days shorter than the original booking. Although I know our booking was a non-refundable one, the cancellation of the ferry operation was not our fault. The hotel didn’t return money even though we asked about it very politely and humbly.
Instead, the hotel gave us an upgrade for the room, which was nice, until it turned out that the room was in the new, incomplete building...
