For shared use: property 1'500 m2, trees. In the house: internet access. Narrow motor access to the house (20 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 15 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 600 m, pebble beach 70 m.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung ideal für einen ruhigen Familien Urlaub mit kleinen Kindern. Unterkunft sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir besuchten diese Wohnung zum 2.mal und kommen gerne wieder. Super Lage wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt, sehr schöner Strand ideal zum baden für Kinder. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist eine fehlende Pfanne.

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnu...

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Viel Platz auch im Bad. Auch im Kühlschrank ist viel Platz. Die Vermieterin ist nicht aufdringlich aber hilfsbereit wenn man sie braucht. Ein Liegeplatz für mein Boot wurde schnell organisiert, wofür ich sehr dankbar bin. Die Klimaanlage verdient ihren Namen, wir haben immer kurz vom Schlafengehen die Zimmer gekühlt und haben dann ohne Klimaanlage geschlafen um uns nicht zu erkälten. Der Strand ist ja fast vor der Tür, was alleine schon super ist. Reisetipps: Im Ort ist es recht ruhig, zwei Beachbars und ein Restaurant, welches an unserem letzten Urlaubstag wieder eröffnet hat. Im Ort gegenüber in der Bucht gibt es mehrere Restaurants, Supermärkte und Bäcker (ca. 2,5 km zu Fuß). Ein mobiler Bäcker fährt aber täglich durch Sparadici. Besonders zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant Oaza direkt über dem Ort in ca. 300m Höhe mit super Blick aufs Meer (unbedingt reservieren) Sibenik, KRKA und Split sollte man sich mal ansehen, schöner finden wir persönlich die kleineren Städte Primosten oder Rogoznica. In Sibenik gibt es am Ortseingang viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (ca. 15km). Für Läufer ist der Pfad entlang des Strandes optimal.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Wo...

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Wohnung vorgefunden, die sehr modern und schön eingerichtet ist, (wie auf den Fotos gezeigt). Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie spricht sehr gutes englisch. Handtücher, so wie Küchenhandtücher werden gestellt und nach 1 Woche mit der Bettwäsche gemeinsam ausgetauscht. Zum Meer sind es 1,5 Minuten, der Strand ist sehr sauber mit Mülltonnen und Umkleidekabinen und man hat seine Ruhe. Die Wohnung bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf Grebastica und vorallem auf das Meer. Da in der Unterkunft kein Babyreisebett vorhanden ist, haben wir ein Familienbett daraus gemacht. Wir können diese tolle, saubere und vollkommen ausreichend eingerichtete Wohnung nur empfehlen und werden ganz bestimmt wieder kommen. Reisetipps: Direkte Umgebung z.B. ist Grebastica, dorthin kann man am Meer entlang spazieren, ca. 2,5KM, ein sehr guter Kiesweg. Hier gibt es viele Bäckereien und Lokale für Speis und Trank. In Sibenik gibt es alles, Einkaufszentren, Märkte, Lokale einfach alles. Primosten bietet einen wahnsinnig schönen Sonnenuntergang, um die Halbinsel läuft man ca. 20 Minuten herum und läuft an ganz ganz vielen Essenslokalen vorbei. Hier gibt es jeden Morgen einen Fischmarkt sowie Obst und Gemüsestände. Primosten ist wirklichwunderschön.
