The fully equipped open kitchen is integrated into the living space and provides direct access to the terrace as well. A first bedroom on this level features 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with access to the terrace. A shower room with WC serves this floor.

On the upper floor, 3 additional bedrooms are arranged to offer privacy and comfort. The first of these rooms measures 20 m2 and includes 1 french bed of 160 cm by 200 cm, a private shower room with WC, and a private exit to the terrace. The second bedroom on this floor also features 1 french bed of 160 cm by 200 cm and opens onto the terrace. The third bedroom on the upper floor is equipped with 1 french bed of 160 cm by 200 cm and provides access to a balcony of 3 m2.
