"Rooms Were Clean, amenities was updated and the deal we got was amazing breakfast buffet stood out to us. Staff was very unprofessional as we supposed to checkout at 12 and they start calling us at 11am and were keep calling and disturbing us again and again. Stayed there for couple of weeks with family, and found this as one of the best studio serviced apartment in Gurgaon. Located near the main road, so approach is quite easy. Ventilation is a Big Positive, rooms are well connected to balcony and spacious.
Staff has been really helpful in arranging any required house hold equipment, and regular cleaning.
Kaffee Stories which is attached restro, serve really nice coffee.
Looking forward to visit again! "

"Do not be misled by the pictures. The location and surroundings are unsafe, especially for women travelling alone. The rooms are poorly maintained, unhygienic, and there is hardly any staff support. Even at the reception, the attitude is unwelcoming, which sets the tone for the rest of the stay. This place is definitely not suitable for solo female travellers and can turn into a very uncomfortable experience. This hotel is right in front of the slum. No street lights very unsafe to walk around....

"They have opened a new space for some category of rooms which they don't put upfront. So pls check and book. I found them inconvenient and had to fight for the GM to adjust us. But it's better if the hotel states it clearly upfront so that customers know that the rooms are outside the property, around a km away. And you would need hotel transport to enjoy each and every thing as listed in the hotel facilities as all of them are in the main hotel space. "
