"Thanks, Andy for another incredible stay at one of your Pinetop properties! Everything about the cabin exceeded our expectations - comfortable, inviting and well appointed. All the smallest details were thought of. We spent 3 nights with our family, including 4 boys - they all had a blast!For anyone looking for an absolute gem, this cabin checked all the boxes, then some. We stay at a lot of vacation rentals and are generally quite picky - hands down I would stay at this cabin again."

"Booked property specifically as a pay at check in which is very common for us when we travel. They charged my card the night before which was not the one I was planning to use. When we arrived, attendant was rude and said we'll its a holiday weekend so they run all the cards ahead of time. My thought...hmmm false advertising...then... Got to property to check in and it was 20 minutes before 3pm. We were told there is an early check in fee of $35... so we left and came back at 3 to a long line of people who were told the same thing and only 1 desk attendant. That was an awesome experience to wait all while the AC was out in the main areas. I mean they charged my card before I got there but wouldn't let me check in 20 minutes early unless I paid for it. I can understand an hour or more early... Great management and customer service. We then were in our room where the bathroom soap had hair on it as well as some of the floor and tub. A couple of towels did not appear to be very clean either. The bed was hard and the pillows were so fat we woke up with sore necks. It really was disappointing. We will not be returning which is unfortunate as we spend 3 weekends a month in Pinetop through the summer and we're hoping this would be this year's spot. I just did not get that good customer service vibe you expect at a hotel for the price we paid."

"My stay was perfect. Close to places to eat, drink and shop. Stayed in a studio which was at the end of one of the buildings. The views through my windows of the pine trees were calming. It was quiet and the trails were close by so a nice hike and grounding was in store. Spent a little time at the pool and Jacuzzi. Workout room was adequately equipped. Truly enjoyed my stay. Thank you so much!"
