"Cabin was dirty upon our arrival - utensils had old food stains on it. Dirty oven - old food stains inside. Very little utensils, given this accommodation allows 6 guests - only two glasses, 1 knife, couple of forks. Bedrooms/linen were dirty upon arrival - urine marks on bedding, tooth-paste marks on linen, human hair on bedding. Staff was accommodating the first night, helping us out with some utensils, but no communication/feedback after that, especially on our concerns about how dirty the place was. We expected someone to at least meet us in person."
