"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Crown Manor House Hotel. The building is beautiful, and our room was tastefully decorated with a lovely four-poster bed that added to the experience. The bathroom was equally impressive, with a large bath/shower and high-quality toiletries. We also enjoyed spending time in the peaceful garden at the back of the property, and the free on-site parking was very convenient. Overall, this was a lovely stay, and we would happily return."

"We arrived shortly before midnight and the staff was very helpful in getting us checked in quickly and finding food. The hotel rooms were very nice and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location near Old Town and the cruise port were ideal. Highly recommended!!!"

"As family we needed a room to crash after a day trip to Peppa Pigs World. Before I arriving I already knew the Air Con and Wi Fi weren’t working. However there were solutions to the problems. For me getting free hot milk from the bar for my toddler was a big deal. The room itself was spacious with a double bed and double sofa bed. We’re only there for one night so the hotel managed my expectations before arriving."

"It is a budget hotel with an amazing location! The mattress was 2-3” deep, but the room was clean and quiet. The air wasn’t super powerful, but a fan was included in our room. The hotel is 10 minutes walking distance from mall, titanic museum, ikea. And cruise port!! I’d stay here again!"

"Overall reasonably good. Room was fine, but the air conditioning didn't work (a problem in a number of rooms that weekend). Check-in was very slow, said to be because of a new computer system. Quiet, sea view (it was 5th floor and extra). Also, and as with a previous room, the shower drained very slowly and the outlet was pretty bunged up with hair (don't look!). We paid for parking with the booking and since there was no space in the hotel car park we got a voucher to park in the road outside, which was fine. We rarely saw any spaces in the car park. Nice to have a bar for a night cap, and breakfast (also included) was pretty good, we were just amused by the lethargy of the staff around there. Not sure we've ever seen two people work so slowly, chatting on the side. At one point I counted six tables that needed clearing and quests walking round looking for tables and eventually clearing their own. Not experienced things this bad for a while. We stayed two nights and experienced the same each morning."

"Staff very attentive and friendly all the way through our stay and any questions were quickly answered without drama. Hotel itself was clean and in good order but carpet in our room was stained, although you could see it had been cleaned and felt clean. Room itself had pretty much everything we needed, except for a fridge, and very clean. Breakfast was pretty good and staff quick to find out which cooked foods were safe with my allergy. For the money it was great value and would definitely use again"
