"Room was adequate, didn’t like the shower cubicle, as it filled while you showered so you had limited time in there. The room needs refreshing for the price but on the other hand the sea view was priceless. Staff lovely and position of hotel excellent"

"It was a very poor experience in many ways: 1. We were not able to get into our room until almost supper time, and was told continuously for almost four hours that it would be ready soon. 2. The room appeared to be missing some furniture, with an empty space where a couch, table or chairs should have been. 3. On the second full day of our stay, the air conditioning stopped working from early afternoon until late evening. We were not able to stay in the room and was, once again, told over and over again that it would be fixed anywhere from five to fifteen minutes. The reasons were also different and illogical. 4. At the end of the evening, we were told that our third night’s room charge would be refunded to us. We are still waiting. "
