"Property was nice but check in time was 4 pm and we didn’t get a room till close to 7 and it was a different room then we booked just to get us in which we kinda appreciated but would have rather had our original room we booked. We will go back, property was conveniently close to what we were doing"

"We booked this hotel last minute because our flight got canceled. They did order us an Uber to pick us up from the airport which we really appreciated. However, the shuttle doesn’t start until 5 AM so we were unable to use it and had to pay for an Uber, even though they advertised shuttle service.The beds were comfortable but the washroom and bathtub is very dirty. Front desk was helpful and there is a gas station close by to get some supplies."

"One of the finest hotels in South Florida. Definitely the nicest in Fort Lauderdale – others may be newer, but the riverside is timeless elegance. I love it beyond words."

"The room was clean and check in process was smooth. The management/staff was responsive to concerns. The A/C did not work properly but the fan made the room more comfortable. The kitchen was very clean and well equipped. Ample parking is available for all units."

Short walking distance to a mall, Target, Publix supermarket, several good restaurants (Goldbergs Deli, Las Vegas Cuban Restaurant) and others. It was nice having a washer & dryer on premises as well. We'll definatelly come back. Met a returning customer who's been there 4 times which gave us a good review as well."

"It was a horrible experience. We booked the hotel because we were getting married on a yacht that docks behind the hotel. The problems started months before. The Staff are rude and don’t care. The General Manager was insulting. Workers for the wedding were not supposed to pay to use the valet but were forced to. And then we were told that professional photographers were not allowed in the rooms to shoot the bride getting ready. This venue has 3 different yachts that book weddings every weekend. They have no concept on how to accommodate weddings. If it weren’t for the yacht docking there, I’d never had stayed. As it was I told my wedding party to book elsewhere and all out of towner special meals were planned elsewhere. The hotel definitely didn’t deserve the extra 20k in revenue. Bad management, unfriendly staff, dated building and decor. No hot water in Bride’s room. Roaches. Mold as well in one room. Don’t book here. "
