「Stayed in a cabin for two nights. Check in is non contact, self key collection, make sure to check your email for instructions prior to arriving for instructions. Upon arrival there were issues with cleanliness, however once management was contacted, it was rectified very quickly, compensation was offered, but I was happy that the issues were dealt with and declined. No refund can be given due to booking through Expedia. Brenda, the manager is lovely, professional yet kind and easy to talk to....

「The rooms are very average and in need of a refurbishment. The mini bar was the best stocked mini bar I’ve come across in a long time! Payment for these items could be by leaving cash which I thought was a nice touch. Unfortunately the bed was super uncomfortable with a very old and saggy mattress. The sheets also could do with an upgrade. Hubby and I both had a terrible night trying to get comfortable. The staff member I dealt with was very friendly and efficient. 」

「I loved staying here with my 2 pups. Such a beautiful peaceful place. Loved the animals. The hosts are incredibly kind and hard-working. Very friendly, helpful and flexible. I would highly recommend staying here if your travelling with pets and looking for a serene peaceful rest」
