"Overall the listing was not what we had expected. The address was not accurate and led us to a completely different block. We only received 1 towel for 2 nights for each person, we requested more but did not get an answer from the host. The area was good though, located close to the station and convenience stores. The washroom was really tight and there was leakage in the pipes. Cleanliness was not the best. Our neighbours were great though!"

"We would stay here again. Enter Kita Akabane station as your starting point in google maps for train directions or it will sometimes send you to a station a much further walk away. Avoid the trains from 0700-1030 unless you love crowds…next level crowds. Grocery store, McDonalds and other restaurants by the station. AC worked good. Plenty hot water. "This was our second stay. The room was a good size and well designed so we had ample room for our suitcases. The bed was very comfortable. It has lots of restaurants and is connected to Sunshine which is great. This hotel runs hot and this trip was the same, so they brought us a floor fan which helped a lot. This is a very beautiful hotel but the location just is really inconvenient. It takes almost 20 minutes to walk to the train station."

"We stayed 6 days in this hotel while visiting Tokyo on our first trip to Japan. Everything was perfect, clean and inviting. The staff is charming, prompt to help anytime you ask them. We loved our room even if it was a bit small for 2. We got to know the area and we loved it, especially the restaurants near the station North exit (the Ramen and the sushi’s restaurants) and the residential area with beautiful small gardens. We highly recommend ❤️"
