"The hotel is conveniently located near Shimbashi Station which is why we chose it. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom has a nice selection of products available to use. Mini fridge has compliementary water. "

"Our room was comfortable and clean. I appreciate that staff replenished our towels and water daily. Linens are changed every other day and that's OK. I wish they would make the beds daily though. The only criticism I have is the wifi connection. It was very hard to connect on an android phone. Hit or miss. We did not use the spa but saw plenty of people taking advantage of it. Finally, I really appreciated the free shuttle bus to haneda airport. It made the start of our journey home very easy and convenient. "

"The location is terrific. Next to the stations. A lot of dinning & shopping options. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Although you can tell the rooms are a little bit of old compared to some other hotels around here, but they do keep the them nice and clean."
