Staff were polite but, strangely, absolutely refused to make a call to a local restaurant for us to book a table (unfortunately we only have a data SIM in Japan so could not make phone calls). One of our favorite Izakayas is also Iroha which is located right across the street. The hotel’a location is so convenient for dining, shopping, meeting family, and taking short trips on the town. "
