「Overall the stay was good and we liked the cabin with some small problems.We arrived at the agreed upon check-in time but the cleaning crew was still there. So we had to check-in an hour later because we had to wait for the cleaning crew. There were holes in the wall that you could see inside the bedroom from the living room and bathroom.The gas range was leaking gas and the whole cabin smelled like gas. I had to reach behind the stove to turn off the gas supply line. I was worried we might get...

「Very nice secluded cabin, but still close to town if something is needed. There is one neighbor to the east and nobody in sight to the west since it's part of the property your staying at, 20 acres in all. Everything was clean and well ordered. The beach is all sand and very nice. Occasionally you can see lake freighters on the horizon coming and going. All in all, a very peaceful stay. Thank you.」

「It was just as described. The cabin is very nice and cozy. The bathhouse is a short walk, no big deal, Having the river right in front of you to watch and relax; whether you are having your morning coffee or sitting by the fire at night is perfect. We went to Jollys just up the street for breakfast which was great. Grilled out on the grill one night - it's a very nice and clean grill. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. 」

Even after 10 miles of dirt road, to have neighbors in eyesight and easily heard it did takeaway a bit of the remote-ness I was looking for. Still overall great. The owners were very timely with their responses. 」

「This cabin was perfect, especially if you are looking for peace and quiet. The cabin was clean and cozy. We enjoyed having s’mores by the campfire and the hot tub. The grandbabies were able to sleep well with no noise, like you would have at a hotel. We even saw 2 snow shoe rabbits in the morning. It is about 25 minutes from all the waterfalls and town, but worth the drive for the quiet. We would all stay here again!」
