"The staff was extremely courteous, kind, and attentive. The room was spacious, well equipped, and the hotel amenities were wonderful, such as the hot springs, lounge, and coin laundry. A neat plus, is the Family Mart attached to the hotel, which was extremely convenient. The only issue you could say was the closest train station was approximately 15 minutes away. However, if you dont mind walking a little more, the hotel amenities definitely make up for it. In additon, major attractions were within walking distance such as the Sapporo Beer Museum was only 15 minute away and Odori Park/Sapporo TV Tower were 20 minutes. "
