「Our stay overall was great. Good location - close to the Henday. Owner provided eggs, milk, cereal, coffee, tea, etc. That was a nice touch! Be aware that it is a basement suite so it can get cool. While it was quiet at night, you could hear loud talking during the day from upstairs.」

「The place itself was clean, communication with owners was easy and all the details provide were bang on. Building has a smell to it but not the apartment, it’s not a big deal at all and I’d say building is dated but again the apartment is very well maintained. I learned AC in Alberta isn’t overly common so windows open and fans helped keep it comfortable. Would consider again as it was close enough to downtown without having to be right downtown.」

「we had a great stay. communication with the host was excellent. the home is clean and well kept. My only concern is that the listing was not clear to me that I was renting rooms, not the entire house. However, when I expressed my concern with the host, she accommodated me and she stayed elsewhere. 」

「Our family spent 3 days at this home and had a wonderful time. There was plenty of space for everyone (we had 6 adults, 2 kids 10 & 13, and 2 under 2 years old). The basketball hoop in the backyard was a big hit as was the pool table downstairs. Lots of room for family time, but everyone still had their own space also. The green space behind the house was a bonus and the kids enjoyed the park. 」

「RGW’s Cozy CASA is exactly as advertised. The home is newly renovated and very modern and clean. Lots of space and very comfortable rooms and common areas. Highly recommended for a family or small group. Only thing missing that would have been nice on a hot weekend was air conditioning. Other than that it was a great rental property and would definitely stay again. 」
