When we arrived there was a woman at the counter complaining about having a roach crowl across her face as she slept. Unfortunately not everyone is honest wanting something for free. So we tentatively looked at the room. It was Indeed very dirty. The staff was also less than to be desired. I made the reservation for 2 beds. I was given a single king. The lady had no idea it was not double beds. She had to look it up in the system. She claimed to have given us a refund. Only after never receiving it l reached out to Expedia. They were never informed that we were to be refunded. A case is currently open to look into this matter.

I would not recommend this place.

The room was orange and needed to be updated and we saw two German roaches in the morning. The wall outlet by the TV desk pushed back into the wall when I tried to plug my phone in to charge it. TV was not set up for channels. I called the front desk,reported it,said they would fix it and they didn't. I do not recommend this place and will not stop there ever,unless significant changes are made.

We went to check in and there actually wasn’t a vacancy. The lobby was not welcoming or neat. The receptionist could have been more helpful.
