シェラーズ滝 ツアーとアクティビティ

チェックイン時からスタッフの対応の良さが分かります。フレンドリーかつ丁寧でした。チェックイン時間も早めに到着しましたが、対応していただきました。また、部屋のエアコンの温度が上がらない問題が起きましたが、すぐに対応してくださり、助かりました。どのスタッフさんもみんな親切でした。ホテルの雰囲気も良く、朝食付きというのもポイント高いです。ポートランド行く際にはまた利用したいと思いました。

Staff are very nice and helpful. I feel welcome all the time. Thank you so much. lounge is funtastic, with food and drinks, everything is well organized and clean. I also love the room. furnitures, colors and how they prepare the room for me. When there is live music at the front desk floor, I could hear the music from the room. It wasn’t noisy at all but it wasn’t quiet either, I might prefer the room facing outside not the front desk floor. However, overall, I really enjoyed staying the hotel I would definitely come back to here!!!!!

ポートランドの中心地にあり、どこにいくにも便利。すぐ近くに観光案内所もあり、日本語のガイドマップももらえるので、市内観光のスタート地点としても最適。ホテルスタッフもアットホームな雰囲気で、無料のコーヒー紅茶や、ワインのテイスティングなどもあります。大きなスーパーもすぐ近くにあるので、そこで色々買い込んで、治安が心配な夜間もホテル内の屋上なら安心して、コーヒーやお酒を飲みながら、街の雰囲気を楽しめるなど、とてもおすすめのホテルです。
