"It was nice hotel , the location was pretty good we stayed here and took the tube and the Elizabeth line into London . The breakfast could have been better. We did have two fire alarms durning our stay one in the middle of the night and we had to evacuate and the other was durning the day when we’re out . Not the greatest thing to be standing outside at 4 am in the cold but better safe then sorry . I would actually stay here again. "

"In general, very good stayed here before and I always had free parking booked with barking I was surprised to be charged for parking, had the impression the outside guest coming in for a drink had free parking. I stayed in a hotel spend money on the bar and in food no free parking not fair."

"This was our sixth visit to Oatlands Park and it didn't disappoint. We were upgraded to a Feature room, which was fabulous. The staff here are always lovely, from Reception, to the Bar, to the Restaurant, to Housekeeping - can't be faulted. On this visit we felt like we were the guests from hell, as we had to go to Reception four times to ask for assistance with various things but on every occasion the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. A special shout out to Tamara who served us at Breakfast and was an absolute delight! We wouldn't hesitate to go back."
