"We've stayed here several times and will continue to do so. Check-in is usually quick and easy. Several places to eat nearby, some within walking distance. Aldi is about a quarter of a mile if you need a few groceries. Queen rooms are adequate, King rooms are quite large. Be aware that rooms on the north side of the building can be noisy from truck trucks idling overnight at the adjacent truck stop. Breakfast here is STELLAR (except for disappointing coffee) and the breakfast attendant keeps things stocked and the tables clean. Out of the six times we have stayed here, the indoor pool has only been open once. If that's important to you, call ahead."

"Host was great in communicating right after I booked. Cozy space was perfect for me and my wife. Wifi worked great and bed was comfortable. Downtown square had some good local options. Make sure to hit Fireside Bakes and Brews for your morning coffee. Later in the day we had pizza/beers at McMillians. Definitely recommend this spot if staying in Fayette!"

"The host had great communication. This house is brand new, super clean, and everything is in excellent condition. The beds and bedding were incredibly comfortable—some of the best we’ve had at a rental. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need, from cleaning supplies to utensils, pots, and pans. We especially appreciated the new cookware, matching dishes, and matching silverware—it made cooking and dining very nice. The dining table seats six with a great bench that fits under the table, so the table can fit against the wall when not eating.The bathrooms were just as impressive, stocked with thoughful touches like toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash, Dixie cups, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. It truly felt like a home away from home.The location was perfect—just 10 miles (about 20 minutes) from Columbia—close enough to enjoy all the activities there, but far enough to relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle.We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and would definitely stay here again!"

"We found the Rustic Railroad Studio as described. It was neat, tidy, and conveniently located for our mid-Missouri visit to family for a wedding.The new appliances and fixtures were nice to use. Many overhead light fixtures make the space bright, and most lights have dimmer switches for a low-lit atmosphere.Conar is an attentive host and helped us by providing extra hangers for our wedding clothes.We found the location near a train crossing to be exciting. It would be perfect for a train enthusiast."
