地址：6號新田大廈，福永街道鳳塘大道，深圳市，518000 跟據以上提供的地址，跟本不是距離壹方城中心步行6分鐘。當日幸好遇上當地有禮又親切的的士司機，幫忙尋找此櫟宜酒店，懷疑已經不存在，亦不可用電話聯繫此酒店。預計的士車程約35分鐘（距離壹方城中心）所以無法入住。
