The environment and room itself are nice, clean and cozy, also the staffs are great
I can tell two front desk staffs with the last names “Pan” and “Qin” are patient and helpful.

Disappointed
The whole stay was ruined at the last moment during check out. Must say this is the worst experience that both my friends and I have experienced from all our previous hotel stays in different places. In general, the hotel itself is pretty good and location is good since our activities were in the nearby area SZ Bay Mixc and 后海 area. The whole impression was ruined by a check out staff at the counter and her name is Amy Peng. We have booked two rooms with four of us, upon room settlement, we asked Amy Peng to split the room bill, she didn't look very happy when we requested that as she was holding two room bills stapled together in a pile. Then we said we would also like to split each room's bill into half so each of us will pay our share by whatever means we want ( such as cash/credit card/wechat pay). We always do this when we travel together so it's easy to settle all charges clearly and quickly for us. Never thought that this is not welcomed by the check out staff. Upon our second polite request, Amy Peng didn't look happy at all and had her black face all that time. My friend asked if theres any problem, she didnt respond and continue to have her black face. My friend got annoyed and asked her why she has that kind of attitude. She responded right away with a defying voice saying there's nothing wrong with her and asked if we had any problem. We were totally taken by her rude behaviour. Am surprised there are people like that working in the service industry...
