"This house is so lovely and cozy and the location is unbeatable. Right on the river. We so enjoyed just hanging out and being comfortable and sitting in the hot tub, and looking out at the gorgeous front yard in the morning. Jason is so responsive—he responded immediately to our question. It took the property manager a few hours to respond (to a different question), so we were so appreciative that Jason was so accommodating. He is also a very kind person. Just a note that the train runs right behind the property—like 50 feet or so. It’s not distracting or a problem at all, just know that it’s there and when it starts back up, it can be a little jarring. (It’s not a frequent occurrence at all, and lasts about two seconds.). Absolutely recommend. "

"We had a fabulous weekend getaway at this property. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the location is great for access to hiking trails and the Shenandoah mountains. When we arrived, the hot tub was not cleaned and was cold but the owners responded right away and got the cleaners to arrive within a couple hours to clean it. They were extremely responsive and answered all questions quickly. "

"Absolutely awesome location. Had everything we needed and the backyard right on the river with the fire pit was a huge bonus. They provided all the wood needed to have the best fires. Incredible and relaxing. A stone through from so many awesome Shenandoah National forest trails too. Great access to gas/groceries less than 3miles away of need. This place is a lovely gem!!! Truly lovely "

"This home was the perfect spot close to hiking and river adventures. It is also beautiful, clean, stylish, and well appointed, with a fire pit and lovely lawn down to the river. We’ll be back!"

"We held a family reunion over the weekend and had a great time! We used the pool a lot, got to fish off the dock by the river, and the kids loved the movie room! There was plenty of space for everyone. The host sent the keypad code before check in and communication with the host was seamless. "
