「Great studio, worked well for our stay to attend Yale Commencement. The location is convenient to campus with multiple close dining options. Well appointed space with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. There are shared laundry and kitchen areas….be mindful of that if you’re planning to cook meals, there is no kitchen in the unit but it does have an under counter refrigerator and a small sink.We would recommend a stay here, it’s very convenient and comfortable!」

「Great place, perfect if youre going to the amphitheater and may have a couple drinks, because the walk there and back is not bad at all. Only thing was we were wondering what the earplugs were for, and being so close to the ocean, the seagulls were obviously what they were for. All jokes aside, I highly recommend. It was clean and cozy, and really convenient for our concert」

「Visited with family for the weekend and the property manager was great with communication and the location was fantastic.」

「We had a nice stay, there was complimentary Netflix, the place felt private (though the road was loud at times), and the place was very clean, one might even say too clean (the floors were a bit slippery in the kitchen and hallways). Also the water in the kitchen sink had two settings: scalding hot (as it was running you could see the steam coming off it) or cold, hopefully thats fixed promptly so that it's not too hot to burn someone.」

「This place was very clean and Michael was great, answering all my questions quickly. check in was simple just a code to get in it was very updated and the beds were very comfortable. It was close to Yale and to some great pizza places」

「Perfect place to stay for me and my friends for yale reunion weekend! 」

「We enjoyed a very relaxing two-night getaway in Pat’s ground floor apartment. The views are gorgeous and the apartment is set up beautifully, with lovely art and numerous fascinating cookbooks. We found the bed incredibly comfortable. While we had all we needed for our light cooking, the kitchenware offerings were extensive. The Newtown General Store, recommended by Pat, is a must for delicious and inexpensive sandwiches. After a bike ride from Monroe to Trumbull, we had a great time sipping...
