「Exceptionally clean, quiet, and comfortable. Host very accommodating, and surrounding property is very spacious. Am a little torn because I want to make sure everyone knows it's a great place to stay, but at the same time want to keep it my own secret so it's available whenever I want to go back!」

「The house is old, but seemed clean enough. The stairs to the 2nd level were very narrow and steep. Annoying if you have small children. The twin bed listed in one room wasn’t an actual bed, but a roll-away bed. 」

「Easy to find and well located between Cedar Falls and Waterloo. Check in and checkout were very smooth. Unit was clean and well laid out for a family of four. Kitchen does not have extensive supplies but worked fine for basic breakfasts and snacks. TV and wifi worked without issue. Washer and dryer also worked well. Host was responsive when asked a question via text. We’d stay here again! 」
