"Loved the property. Very nice way to relax after a day of driving. Geese & ducks are hatching their young on the river. Was cool to listen to them speak to each other. Unusual layout, but it works!! Beds were comfortable, furnace heating was amazing. The house behind the property made us uneasy, but we kept to ourselves. I think you should own more properties for rental if you can. God Bless. "The elders and pastors of our church held our annual retreat here. It was a great spot to meet! Sleeping 6 grown men was a bit of a stretch since dudes don’t share beds and some of the beds are more like cots. But no one complained! Good times were had by all!"

"We had an excellent stay 3 night stay while in town for a friend’s wedding weekend. The townhouse was very clean, well-stocked, spacious, and comfortable! The location was perfect at the end of a quiet street in a nice neighborhood. We appreciated the quick responses and communication updates from Matti and the check in/out process was seamless! We travel to Sioux Falls a few times a year and we will absolutely be staying here again!"

"We actually stayed in the Maroon 5 house. 1st time renting a house for a 4 night stay for 5 people. Loved the kitchen, well stocked with kitchen supplies. Our favorite part of the house was the huge open living room in the basement. I would rent this house again."
