"Rooms were clean and we got upgraded to a suite for not a lot more money. We ate at the Down One Bourbon Bar, and they were very short-staffed so we waited a long time for a server to help us, but once we were waited on the food and drinks were good."

"Centrally located close to all destinations, very clean and comfortable. The beds were so comfortable. Loved that in the bathrooms there was a drawer of possible things you forgot to pack. The recommended restaurants were very helpful and the one we went to had excellent food and service. It was great to have a washer and dryer along with detergent and dryer sheets. Would highly recommend!"

"The entry door showed signs of having had a forced entry at some point. Part of the door and door jamb where missing and left about a 1"x2.5" hole / gap. The existing deadbolt / lock was secure but there was certainly a feeling that we were not in a safe space. The curtain rod and curtain in the bathroom had fallen onto the toilet and we so we put it back in place. On the plus side the old wood floors, doors, windows, trim work and brick work were beautiful. despite being next to the interstate it was a quite neighborhood and the local bar / restaurant "Hauk's" was a lot of fun."

"This motel was a major disappointment given the rating on this app and name. It's not a very secure location. And next to a very sketchy weekly motel with encampments in the parking lot. My room had a large hole in the carpet, the bathroom sink had drainage issues, and the telephone was dead / nonfunctional. I could not wait to leave."

"We were a bit skeptical of the neighborhood at first, but once we checked in, we felt very safe and had zero issues. The property is located very close to everything which made commutes easy. Laura was awesome and walked us through check-in and recommended plenty of places to visit while in town. Would highly recommend!"
