"As a second time guest at this hotel, staff and hotel is great and did not disappoint! Even with the renovations going on at the time, we had a great experience overall. The staff at the entrance is always smiling and polite, greeting all guests with a beautiful smile. Front desk staff was patient and polite with our all requests, we even got an upgrade for both our rooms. It was very much appreciated. Buffet is amazing and delicious every morning, well worth it! And even with someone with allergies to seafood and shellfish, it was no problem at all! Staff was very nice and helped us by indicating what was safe to eat or not. Great experience overall, thank you for everything! Will be back again for sure. Very convenient to stay at this hotel as everything is walking distance or a short uber drive away. We were able to visit our business partners situated a short walk away, visit some of the city’s attractions (peak tram, gardens, etc) and walked around the city at night for some great eats and shopping! Thank you for everything!"

"The room was very clean bed a little bit hard for my tastebt very nice to have after a day out exploring. The shower was so nice great water pressure and hot water. Not much on TV but you can hook a HDMI up but no BT. The motel was in a great location for food just a short walk,mtr and bus stops can go anywhere. The choice of this hotel was a great decision."
