Nice spread, rather expensive though to be frank in terms of value. Nice space but the breakfast area was cold considering it was snowing outside they should have upped the temperature. A nice hotel nonetheless. Had a nice drink the bar area night before as well.

Room was excellent very modern, spotlessly clean, bed comfortable and shower was amazing! Loved the cozy feel to room with the colour changing mood lighting and enjoyed relaxing in the evening watching the 50in TV! Staff were lovely throughout the hotel and was a lovely bonus being able to use the pool, sauna and steam room! Got this on an amazing deal and as I visit Sheffield a lot will keep eye on deals so I can stay there again! Best hotel ive stayed in, in the area! Was dubious due to Trip advisor reviews but honestly dont know what these people experienced as hotel is outstanding!

Great weekend stay

Lovely hotel, current refurbishment didn’t disrupt our stay. Rooms very modern and clean. Bed linens were very nice a soft, given to a good nights sleep along with the blackout curtains. Access to gym, steam room and pool was bonus.

Enjoyable visit

Refurbishment is still in progress , the completed parts are excellent and there is minimal disruption during stay due to refurb. Breakfast was great, nothing was too much trouble.Friendly and helpful staff throughout.

The Hotel Spa was a leisure center for the public, I think that should be mentioned. It was nice but very busy like a gym normally is. The room was new renovated, the staff was accommodating and I would recommend. the breakfast was weird bland food. the coffee was really poor quality.

Room was excellent, can get hot at night but fans are provided and do a great job. Breakfast was alright but limited options. There could be more bakery options instead of just muffins and croissants. But Genuinely hotel is favours and staff are great !

A nice stay

We stayed at this hotel for Tramlines festival, the staff were lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Our only issue was with the cleanliness of the floors, there was hair and a toenail on the floor of the bathroom when we arrived, this was unfortunate because the rest of the stay was great.

Room clean and fresh but booked a king bed suite and on arrival 2 beds and only one chair. Fortunately we arrived at 3 for check in and only 3 people in front of us as checkin was very slow, came down half an hour later and there was a long queue, system needs to be more efficient. Breakfast in the morning unorganised , no glasses for juice, no tables cleared no eggs, need more staff
